i am sorry to be obvious but there is no problem with the vehicle from what you said there.
the problem is that you are driving over 100km when the speed limit is 80km.
slow down and i bet you would not be bouncing around!!!!
but next time you have a problem do a search and you would realize you are not the only one ...

I saw a Frontier hit a bump on the highway once and almost bounced off the road! Was a VERY scary sight actually.. the driver had a hard time keeping it under control..
Excessive bouncing means that the dampers are not doing their job to control the springs (or torsion bars). I would suggest replacing them, preferable with a high end aftermarket unit maybe..

he was speeding actually.. he had passed me and I usually drive 90 - 100.. i'd guess around 120 when he hit the bump..
the same guy almost ran into the back of another car during a failed overtaking attempt. he ended up on the shoulder while braking to avoid the accident.. (iirc, his front end made quite a dive when he hit the brakes)
his ahole driving aside, the bounce i saw was still crazy..

^^ that's the problem with pickup-drivers today, too many of these noobies think that they can drive a pickup just like a car.
Sure the engine powerful, and sure the Frontier can cruise at 120km/h easily.... but it's not a fricking sports-sedan or a lowered b14. The front suspension is a heavy-duty torsion bar setup, not a cut-spring-sunny special. It's designed to take heavy loads up to one-tonne, drive over logs and rocks. Of course it's going to be bouncy, that's the nature of the suspension setup.
*sigh*.... noobs.
ANyway, rant-aside.... to the OP - get your shocks inspected or replaced - sounds like they've run out their life and are dead. How many miles on your frontier?
N&M likes to replace the shocks at around 50,000km, so you should too. Mine was replaced twice on the my frontier and though it's still bouncy, it's still within spec and I'd have no problems with road bumps at speed.

Frontiers bounce. That's how it is due to the oil shocks they have. If its bouncing excessively, consider replacing the front shocks and you'll see improvement. Put oil/gas shocks and the ride will get more stiff and bounce even less
I opted to keep some bounce and have a relatively soft ride with the oil shocks
