WTK Diesel Fuel Treatment

Ok, well I want to use a treatment to help clean/maintain my injectors and fuel system in a QD32 non turbo engine. I was told about the Amsoil Cetane Boost. I know Amsoil make good products, so I need some advise from you guys concerning diesel treatments.

Also, I have access to Jet fuel, which is high grade diesel. I was wondering if I can mix this with normal pump diesel to help in the cleaning process as the jet fuel has a much higher cetane level.

your QD is not Common Rail so you should see a marked increase in performance with the higher cetane fuel. higher cetane levels dont mean cleaner injectors eh. it just means more performance and mileage

mixing jet fuel with the pump diesel will have virtually the same effect as using the Amsoil Cetane boost. if you getting it free then go with it. it have men in here using acetone :lol:

to clean injectors and such, you should use the Amsoil Diesel Concentrate.

I use 3 corks of Redline in my QD32 at every full up and no problems
