Anyone ever had to change the front differential seal. Seeing some oil seeping out the front left axle where it leaves the front differential.

I don't know anyone with a new shape that has hit either of those mileages yet, but granted that it carries the same engine as the previous model, I would look at the following:

1 - Installing a cabin air filter as they don't come from the manufacturer with one.
2 - Blanking the EGR valve.
3 - Doing the timing belt change on time.

Other than the above, change your oils and filters on time, use treatments periodically and you will be problem-free for a long time.

On point. Very good info. These new models come with trans coolers which the old model didn't have.

My opinion:
If you're buying a new van, don't blank the EGR unless you have a specific prblem.

Mine is still in operation and my truck is 10 years old and not a smoker. Gunked up a bit a couple years ago, but if you include a clean as part of maintenance maybe every couple years, you should not worry about it.
