Thing is - since I was in ansa so much I experienced first hand issues with the newer rangers , even the brand new ones still have issues - one of my good friends is the service manager in ansa and he himself told me it's better I go with the l200 than the ranger.
i does change that every 5000km or more . no matter what vehicle i havegoalpost wrote:Question: At the 15000 km service are the air filter & fuel filter usually replaced?
did u get info or d van?whites wrote:Wtk: I'm thinking about getting a 2014 ranger 2.2 manual xlt. I've heard so many rumours about problems, i know for a fact that all vehicles have their own issues, some big and some small, which is expected so i would like to hear from the owners and technicians what are the know issues with this particular model thus far. Thanks
u ever replaced clutch. wat is the parts costTed_v2 wrote:I do servicing on them at least twice a week.
The older model rangers with the wl at least once every day.
My advice get tools and do it urself. Super simple. Buy oem filters as I have no luck with subs in this model. The older models substitutes works fine.
Torque ur wheels bc studs and lugs are very easy to get damaged if u using air tools.

Maybe the newest set are better , last I went in and check with the service manager was when I was shopping around about year ago. If u own one then ensure you have your warranty, that very important

Fram is very highly rated in comparison testing for diesel, gasoline, oil, and air filters. They are also very often counterfeited.supernedd wrote:anyone ever check to see the best brand of diesel fuel filter we should buy .. cause i read online. fram brand is crap
