Somehow I am thinking a dirty fuel filter mite be the cause. The engine otherwise works great. The thing is the slight fluctuation very minimal only happend when I now start from cold so Im thinking low fuel pressure. Will give feedback to how things goes with filters change. Don'T believe my model of van comes with egr valves tho. Will also look into cleaning maf with the maf cleaner.
