The Mobil gl5 made a big difference, smoother gear change no more metal clunk of the diff gear backlash. Also taking corners better with more predictable oversteer.

Need some help though, couple issues have arisen:
1. Hesitation on acceleration (like surging or oscillating rpm instead of smooth rpm increase). Most pronounced in 2nd gear but happens in all. Never cleaned my injectors but using the amsoil fuel cleaner. - solved replaced injectors

2. The driver seat backrest electronic adjuster switch not functioning but I can feel the motor and it is very hot. It's stuck in the upright position. - solved replaced seat switch

3. Belt squeal from ac belt I think. Not sure how to tension as space is very tight. - solved replaced alternator bearing

SOLVED

Oh and on another note, installed a blower fan and cabin air filter by Supacool on saturday. Working much better now, don't know why diamond never supplied it with those components though, the vehicle already had the wires and mount for the blower and the blank for the filter. Also, it had the wires for tweeters run.

Cuz diamond never advertised a 3.2 to the new version, only a high power 2.5

they normally advertise the base model for each vehicle there are 8 versions for the Current L200 available in Trinidad

2 door 2wd Commercial grade with the 2.5 N/A
2 door 4X4 Commercial grade with the 2.5 N/A
4 door 2wd Commercial grade with the 2.5 N/A
4 door 4X4 Commercial grade with the 2.5 N/A
4 door 2wd Manual Sportero with 2.5 turbo
4 door 2wd automatic Sportero with 2.5 turbo (I believe this comes with the CNG kit)
4 door 4x4 Automatic Sportero with the 2.5 turbo
4 door 4x4 Automatic Sportero with the 3.2 turbo

When I bought my 2.5 Sportero they had a few in stock sale rep told me when they are finish he does not know if they will bring in any more but is they do it will not be a lot of them due to cost

my rott and pott cornered a kitten today, the frickin cat decided to hide up on my diff.

long story short, they busted one of my ABS connectors, and my diff is covered in blood. Nothing that can't be fixed by an electrician, but won't have time till next weekend now to get that sorted.

GRRRRR. I can handle driving with no ABS, but it's still bugging me.

The van parked like two feet from the gate. This was a very young kitten, few of the mature cats dare come in. Those who do, end up jam on toast.

Kill count ~20 in 4 years.

Hello

I have a k34t from 1994. I would like to improve the brakes. Is there any caliper/disc/pads that can replace in order to improve breaking?

Any parts from pagero or more recent L200 that can be interchangable?

Thanks

Sakura filters if not OEM for me

Be careful though as lots of places sell the wrong Sakura for the Sportero. They sell you the same filter that is used in the K43 and K74, but KB carries a different filter (same as the Ranger)

As for,the K34, you can use K74 brakes, a 2nr here did it already on his K34 (ryanm). K74 has a bigger caliper and double pistons

What is the part # for the Fram?

Also, engine still surging, but only during moderate acceleration, works fine at idle and at WOT.
I figure it's either the fuel filter (which is new) or EGR, but if it was the filter I assume it would surge at WOT as well. So leaning more towards the EGR (when I check the EGR status on Torque, it's most open at moderate acceleration), and that was recently serviced so will check to see if any connections are loose or if it's sticking.

*update - appears to have been a loose EGR valve jack connection, thus far.

OOps, you have the 3.2?
don't know if it's the same as the 2.5

For the 2.5 it's the FRAM PS4886
