Anyone ever calibrated their compass?
Or does anyone know how to?

Observed to be facing south and it displayed west.

Observed to be facing south and it displayed west.

very easy to do:
1. find a clear and safe area to calibrate; you'll be driving in circles to do it, so handle accordingly
2. press the button to adjust/ recalibrate the compass
3. you will get on screen instructions to drive slowly in circles
4. drive until the on screen instructions say that the calibration is successful
5. compass up the place

the most difficult thing with this might be finding a clear space to drive in circles; I've done it around roundabouts during slow periods.

have you guys noticed that our wipers are speed sensitive? This is how I noticed it:
1. move stalk to the first setting (intermittent speed)
2. adjust the speed to the fastest setting
3. drive below 40 kmph, you'll see the time between wipes are at one speed
4. drive over 40 kmph, you'll see the wipe time increase

I haven't played around with it enough to give more details, but I thought it was a nifty little feature we have :fadein:

I'm using it on aftermarket wheels (17 x 9) 275 65 17
No issues so far - going on 14 months
Probably not the best, but good bang for buck.

more than likely it's the infamous clock spring issue. check through this thread and you'll see several of us had the same thing. I believe Vexx Dogg might have been the latest to experience it, and if memory serves me well, he bought the part online.

Bought online, was for a USDM model with steering controls, slotted right in perfectly, but needed a slight adjustment to fit (recrimp connector)

Thanks bro. They rated terribly online especially with wet roads so I'm a bit concerned. Anywhere in south (gasparillo) has the PT2s with 275/65/17.
Currently have 265/65/17 on a 3.2 and they break traction a bit too easily on wet roads.

Anyone ever had a problem with their Common Rail in their 2.5 Sportero leaking diesel?

I changed my Common Rail by DM 2 years ago and the problem is back again!

Anyone here ever had their Sportero Ecotuned? Specifically the 4d56. I have the 2013 (high powered model) and have been thinking about it recently so any feedback from anyone who did it would be appreciated.
