stalling , low speed , steep incline

Postby brawnybro » December 17th, 2011, 2:01 pm

Noob question here , why does my truck stall at low speed if im climbing a steep incline ? if I dont average and get a good running start in first gear for a steep incline engine will just die , cant get going again even if i use my e-brake then try to power out of where ive stalled on the incline . Quite embarrassing , I can pass a hill test driving a 10 hp lawn mower why de ass my 2.5L diesel engine making me look like i driving miss daisy? help!

There is a 17mm bolt in the fuel rain that has a mesh filter. This sometimes gets clogged and restricts fuel flow.
