Hey i just found this online pdf manual for the Mazda BT50, hope it helpful to you all, i bought my van second hand, so i don't have a manual, hope it helps other who were in my position. Here is the link,

thanks man...but this relates to the WLC engine...more than likely your BT is WLT...

However great for suspension etc

check under the ford tech thread, you'll find the WLT engine manuals there (I posted it earlier this year).

Or just do a search, it should be in one of the forums.

very correct BT50, mine is WLT and i did find the manual which LH posted, very detailed i must say. This link was posted for any other information about the BT50 which may be valuable to others who didnt have any manuals, like me.
