one of the company vehicle is a Kia K2700 (brand new) - when the van hit 10K problem with the air intake - took it to the firm - changed - works fine.
When it hit around 15K - loss of power and alot of white smoke (blueish) - back to the firm
At 20K - something went wrong with the gear box - back to the firm.

Currently the van doing 30K and nothing yet since...!

Thanks fellas this was really helpful. The reason I asked is because I'm getting one for a best price but it's coming without an engine. The old engine had problems because there is a crack in the block as a result of a leak in the radiator (the last owner drove a far distance with the leak) and it developed an overheating problem and the engine oil is also burning. Once I get an engine from the bamboo I will purchase the k2700 next week. Just wanted to make sure I ain't buying a lemon because I have limited funds lol.
