we doh know what caused it yet. But remember the pics of 1 of the female secret service agents who was short and couldn't block a bullet from reaching him? That was DEI in action. Diversity before safety. They couldn't hire too many men so they hire a short female applicant.

He meant diverse ppl, which includes minorities or equal opportunities .

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are organizational frameworks which seek to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people, particularly groups who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination on the basis of identity or disability.[1]

Trump America is now merit and would not make concessions if ur a Native American, black , Hispanic.

What he wants to create is a white workforce at the top. He classified lower end jobs as Black jobs.

Yes, because disabled pilot hopefuls have to clear more qualifying hurdles than their non-disabled counterparts.

I know the Civil Aviation Authority isn't a news entertainment organization like the smooth brains' favourite Fox News or use lots more words - even big fancy words that adults at a preschool literacy level cannot vibe with, but they are more credible.

The point here too is that before the relevant authorities even conducted a standard investigation, made trickier because one of the craft involved is military, Trump jumped in and spewed his standard oversimplified nonsense to demonize people. The usual gaggle of imbeciles fell for it and began translating what Trump really meant.

A top 'DEI' activist is caught on voicemail allegedly offering minority air traffic controller candidates the chance to cheat in a make-or-break entry exam.

Shelton Snow, a powerful figure in the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), can be heard promising advance access to test answers in a shocking audio clip obtained by DailyMail.com.

'There are some valuable pieces of information that I have taken a screenshot of and I am going to send that to you via email,' says Snow, an air traffic operations supervisor based out of New York.

'I am about 99.99 percent sure that it is exactly how you need to answer each question.'

The inside info was made available in 2014 to African Americans, females, and other minority candidates – but whites were left out of the loop to 'minimize competition'.

Exactly how many applicants were able to capitalize on Snow's brazen offer to secure coveted controller jobs responsible for the safety of millions of fliers remains a mystery.

But one former NBCFAE member, Matthew Douglas, told DailyMail.com: 'I know several people who cheated and I know several people who are controlling planes as we speak.'

The voicemail comes to light as President Donald Trump vows to purge DEI – diversity, equity and inclusion – from US aviation, among other federal agencies, in the wake of the deadly midair collision at Reagan National airport in January that claimed 67 lives.
