Issue might be if you're in the nitrogen gas cloud there maybe be less oxygen.

We already in a nitrogen gas cloud, it's just contaminated with oxygen .

That only dangerous in an enclosed area where it can't dilute by the ambient air. In out door conditions no hazard, except for the actual liquid freezing
