Need a domestic electrician

I'm having a challenge getting reliable and skilled electricians to even show up to do a site visit , much less to do some work for me. Looking for a domestic electrician to upgrade/overhaul my existing installation. Must be able to provide a written quotation upon performing a site visit.

Can anyone recommend a person or company or point me in the right direction?
