Best Vehicle insurance

Postby redmanjp » June 29th, 2023, 2:37 pm

I am in the process of getting a 2019 Ioniq so I'm going to get a quote from Comprehensive insurance as they can reach out to various insurance companies but just want to get an idea of who may be the best one at the moment in terms of both price as well as coverage and no hassle with actual claims.

Not sure about ‘best’ but I’ve had no hassle with claims at Beacon and Guardian over the years

my mom who also has a Ioniq has Beacon- she hasn't had to make any claims but has heard of claims issues with her sister- but not vehicle related.

Pick one that does not use TCM as roadside assistance. Their response time sucks and if you shut down in a not so safe area you will be shttin bricks while waiting. Sometimes they dont even reach

Capital Insurance used to cover the legendary 18R KE30 Wagon back in the day. Do they still exist?

They are on the current list of Active General Insurance Companies on the Central Bank's list. This is as at Jan 2023.
