Based on recent elections polls on tuner, its pretty safe to say that the opposite usually happens on election day

It could be a tie again or go either way by 1 corporation.

Sangre Grande and/or San Fernando would decide this election.

UNC going to use the property tax as leverage to try to win more ground
PNM is going to sell the benefit of property tax for local gov to try to win more ground

I don't see much change from the status quo for local gov elections. Some seats might change from terrible councillors, but people usually vote party anyway. I'll be surprised if there are any earth shattering changes.

What is the metric for "winning" Locals?
Most overal districts, most corporations, popular vote?

IIRC KPB claimed at least two of those as wins in the past few LEs.

You do know that ur property will be use to improve other areas right?

There is no laws to say that ur property tax will be use to improve your area

Yup, I'm aware how the tax will work.
I don't want it, either. Just stating how it will play out in both LGE and GE

By most corporations at the end of the day because that is how it will be recorded.

Overall electoral districts are considered. When it comes to winning and losing, nobody really cares about the popular vote.

Majority vote at the council level is considered "owned" by the party. The council could then basically override the other councillors, and even boot the CEO if they pass a motion. Seen it done at least once. Most councils win.

Good luck PEP with LGE - lone wolf councillors can't do much. Unless it's a case where they cross the floor to make a party majority like Faaiq. I'd say that turned out quite well for that fella.

Didn't Faaiq also win some big money from Jack Warner?

Faaiq is a waste of time and the worst mayor of chaguanas. remember when he implemented the same unsuccessful traffic changes to alleviate traffic used by his predecessor when HE himself was deputy mayor? man really thought things would be different lol

he just in a glorified position collecting money and making no real changes -- at least from what i have seen and experienced.
