the institution of marriage is well defined. when he went to the priest/pundit/imam to do the marriage they told him the rules. for one there is NO provision for committing adultery. the next is that marriage is PERMANENT for richer or poorer in sickness and in health till death do you part. look in the ten commandments. if he is breaking those vows he made to her before GOD, FAMILY AND COMMUNITY that is not justice.
