Still single lane but the rickety steel sheet has been moved and they seem to have reenforced the sides. It's safe to pass

so the wave bypass we so no rain or rainy season start yet- but it means that the region is into the rainy season and that its only a matter of days before another wave comes along, passes over us and rainy season declared.

anytime there is a met office lapse and they get caught with the pants down
eg the flooding 2 weeks ago
you will see them come very early to predict the slightest something…

The "wave" didn't bypass us. The ITCZ is pretty far south right now and that bit of rain is still south east of us

May is the transition month from dry to rainy season tho - and already 1 tropical wave pass by, which means we cud still be just a week or 2 from the next 1 which might pass over us. so yeah get some tarpaulin.

This crew from Lifetime Roofing look like they have they business real in order. I will double check with the foreman on if they have contingencies for any rainfall which I wouldn't be surprised they do.

Learnt that lesson years ago.

If you are living in the house while they are doing roof repairs, someone better have a tarpaulin contingency plan for rain, especially around this time.

Lifetime Roofing supposed to be quite good so yeah find out from the person in charge.
