We should develop our CNG infrastructure instead of moving towards an extraordinarily expensive and uneconomical infrastructural development for public EV buses and private EV cars. But big contracts abound...

i think infrastructure i.e.. charging stations are really for quick top-ups rather than full charges - this is supposed to be done at home overnight using a 220V outlet not so?

Yes. Public charging stations would tend to be much higher KW than what can be achieved at home using a 220V. And Lithium batteries tend to charge very quickly at lower battery% and slow down as it charges up. In the states people tend to take 20 minutes or so to charge to 70-80% and then go their way when using Superchargers or other non-Tesla chargers..

With all these stolen vehicles, why don't these people install a couple of air tags rather than offering $10k for reward

Air tags require the use of a nearby iPhone to work. Plus the iPhone will get a warning that an unauthorised tag is nearby.
Just get a GPS. It cheap and you can get one for peanuts once you remember to top it up. The other end is paying for the convenience and recovery options.
