Road Works Warning Early Maraval & St. Clair

Postby leavingforgood » August 11th, 2022, 12:43 pm

Just a headsup, this week they have been doing alot of road works throughout St. Clair and early Maraval.

Yesterday and this morning they dug a set of holes spanning the entire width of the street every few meters to install humps so if you tend to pass through St. Clair to get to Maraval or St. James you are better off driving around QPS or heading down Tragarete road.

The roadworkers also work past 4pm so there are also a few big trucks blocking some of the streets.

Can install humps but can't fix potholes!!!!

This is like by the now infamous Macoya intersection. They came and dig grooves but Macoya Road still has its potholes and bad sections.

The same humps that they removed and now maxis and emergency vehicles have to swerve on the other lane to avoid hitting those potholes caused by such. They just made a bad situation much worse.
