Milo for sure....not no lipton, nesquik could get a pass once in a while

Crix and butter and dip it in the milo / tea. That's the best thing right there.

They still make Solo Bentley or Mustang? Mustang was them rectangular Bourbons coated in chocolate.

yes solo bently still around , i stop seejink some yrs going but occasionally when i in a mood i buy 1 of d 1 liter bently $6.50 & drink dat about 4-5 times so it still affordable

occasionally too i drink a can of dr. pepper ...

I remember the locally packaged rock candy/sweetie with a sticker inside. Was a transparent pack. A bob or 50cents or so.

nope. 15-20 years ago.

5 dollars was for a plain beef burger on a bun, lettuce, tomato, onion and sauce.
It was the ultimate post club munchies when yuh head bad. I remember because after nuts/pier1 drunkout we used to duck in chaguanas on the bottom of Ramsarran street to distress some burger


Yuh see that $5.00 burger... That ting get me thru life wee. Remember on corner ramsaran st in chag... Lettuce tomatoes pine sweet pepper onion garlic sauce... Thing loaded with everything. Always open when I use to pass after 1pm till late.

i see a burger joint in woodbrook- haven't had any in recent year but i remember going there as a child like 30 yrs ago.

Who from south old enough to know Mr. Burger on Independence Avenue in Sando?
They used to occupy a building where Puff n Stuff moved in afterwards.I think there's a pharmacy there now
