i usually use long plates but JDM has the square number plate holder clips that are fastened inside the tailgate, you can see it on the JDM FL5 as well so no choice unless you want two holes in the tailgate

Saw one of these new 2023 TypeR driving around in NY.

Must say it’s a lot nicer looking.

i daily drive mine, the OEM electronic adjustable dampers are actually perfect for our roads

if you can afford it, why not.
