That is a steal of a deal.Add some fans and is happy times with that.
Prices used to be much higher for those tents.I ended up getting an upholstery man to make one for me at the time.Costed around $500 in parts and labour, but you have to know how you building it .That light alone is worth that price.

Won't it heat up with those lights?

A guy with one had that issue, he was trying to grow crops that not from this climate.

Heat was killing him. We used two portable ac in it. I was contemplating dedicated systems for these with r134a or r290.

Heat is very subjective, depending on your environment and your plants/lights/watering etc.My Diy setup runs around 1-2° c above room temperature.I running pc fans in a diy extractor, basically a 3" piece of pvc and an 8 inch oscillating fan and that usually brings down the heat.I planting stuff that likes our temperature, so I good.

The one above is supposed to to have a built in timer. But yeah, you should use a timer. When indoor growers talking about 12/12 and 18/6 light cycles thats the on/off ratio with the lights.Plants need to sleep, unless is seedlings under low light.I have some seedlings under 24 hour blue/red light.
