OP don't waste your money as someone that moved from a pro to a PS5 disk...trust me it not worth it. Please remember the games they are making now are still for both PS4 and PS5 the difference is purely cosmetic at this time so you really not missing out. Seeing as it is for little children they probably wouldn't notice either. If I were you , I would buy or if you have one already keep the pro due the fact that Sony is keeping the ps4 until 2025. Which means that games will be produced for such until then. I bought the disk version due to personal preference I like to see my games and if it have a sale on online I would occasionally purchase now and then but I prefer having the best of both worlds than simply limiting myselfPremchand1976 wrote:For the gamers here, what's the difference in terms of benefits and advantages in comparison to disadvantages ( if any ) with both ?
The users are kids ages 8 & 10 and they're into Fortnite and Minecraft mainly ?
Other than the cost difference and having a 4k tv, which would you go with???
Thanks

I was quoting what OP said Duane, he is buying it for his 8 and ten year old to play fortnite....so they wouldn't notice the graphical upgradeDuane 3NE 2NR wrote:hover11 wrote:Seeing as it is for little children
https://levvvel.com/playstation-5-statistics-and-facts
"The PS5 is most popular with players aged 31-36.
A little over 10% are aged between 37-42.
At least 5% of PS4/PS5 owners are aged between 49-54.
The age group 43-48 accounts for another 5%.
Sony Playstation targets males between the ages of 17 and 40."

This is not really any argument anymore. All about Exclusives now. No point waiting 3 years hoping a game gets a PC release.
