Return Shipping

Good Day all any help would be appreciated,

I bought a cell phone screen from ebay, when i received the item it was the wrong screen so i contacted the seller and he agreed to accept the return which he has to pay for and to get a refund, the problem is he sent a return shipping label for usps and since i dont reside in the us i cant send it via usps plus the shipping service i use dont do returns only imports, the screen cost $33us and $40tt shipping which amount to approx. $265tt.

I contacted fedex and dhl to do the return and it is costing in excess of 400tt, in other words im paying say $420 to do a return to be refunded $230, that dont make much sense

any help with this

I've been there. As long as you can identify the model phone the screen is for, I suggest trying to sell it locally.

Some couriers offer free or cheap returns but not many. who did you import it with? The cheapest option outside of that would be ttpost international(which uses dhl) and that's like $160. better you get it sold locally or cut your losses. or if you know someone flying out soon give it to them.

ok so after reading your reply i decided to check out ttpost because that price didnt sound bad, bro it cost me $27.50tt, i was very surprised

Find out how long ttpost would take. May be longer than the window they give you to return it

yes it is longer than the specified time but im in contact with the seller and working out the refund
