Looking for a dermatologist - cryotherapy

Postby Work_to_own » December 17th, 2021, 7:59 pm

I'm looking for a dermatologist I can go to for cryotherapy - I have a wart on my elbow that I need to remove. I got one session in the US and the dermatologist told me come back in two weeks for another session but I won't be in the US at that time.

I've had this wart since last year and I've been trying several different over the counter wart remover products like compound w, dr. scholls , equate etc etc. And while the wart has definitely gotten smaller in size ( it's still big) it just won't seem to go totally and I'm at the point now where I just wanted it removed and cryotherapy seems to be the best option.

Not sure if I NEED to go to a dermatologist or if I can go to a GP?

The otc stuff works. If really bad they will use liquid nitrogen and burn it off but those are the extreme measures.
Collomack (sp) is the go too for that.

Try Fucicort, there's is absolutely nothing this cream can't remove from your skin.

Was a very long time ago. Give them a call. Ask for the price of a consultation. With specialists, that'll usually give you a ballpark amount.

Thanks. But I'm done with OTC liquids. It's been too long and I've tried too many. At this point I'm more comfortable heading to a dermatologist to use the liquid nitrogen
