Until you try to collect the rent.
Doctors in private practice don't like to pay bills, and most of them, even the well established ones, will make you wait for your money even though it's long past due. And they don't mind leaving and owing rent, because they have more than one clinic. So, if the one they renting from you not making $$$, then they not gonna pay the rent. They just refer their patients to their other clinic.
Renting office space to doctors, you hadda know how to deal with them.
