made a batch of over 20 bussup shut today
was a bit time consuming even though I used my spiral mixer, which kneaded the dough in 10mins or less.

underestimated the resting time required for the 2 sets of rolling out and also should have used a weaker flour
not bakers flour which would have made it a lot easier to roll out for sure.

all in all a good learning experience
