I ask because her statement sounds like it came from someone who doesn't seem to know, or understand the law and the duties of the President as it relates to the Constitution. She claims a Merit list was delivered, but rescinded. Rescinded by who? Based on what information? Allegations about gun rackets are not proof, and should not unduly influence the process of appointing a CoP. She failed in her duty to the Constitution and the law, and her purposely vague overreaching statement confirms what was already alleged, in that she was influenced by outside forces to do what she had no business doing.
