That's the lazy thing, and thus the preferred LFD RFD PNM way out of everything like Petrotrin, Caroni, ISCOTT, Tringen etc, etc, etc. Sadly the ones not "deserving" will surely come from non LFD RFD PNM areas.

You all have to understand that these red government people that have not used their cards all live in New York.

These are the same people that are given HDC homes but live and work in the US .

Makes sense tbh and there is no way to trace these ppl if that is the case. It unfortunate that the ppl that need the help not getting it but the ppl that just want to leech off the taxpayers money happy like pappy.

Anyway these are the sake ppl coming back every 5 years to vote for the same red government.

This is how it works, a red government family will tell all family in the US to apply for any government handouts, cards, houses ect.

These people have inside links, most never have to visit an office. Red government activist work with the councillor and MP. That's how they get the cards. They bypass the checks and balances.

If u is injun then its level runaround and checks apon checks to stop u from getting what is due to you as a citizen.

This is why black people are lawless, they live off from corruption.

BRACE for it AGAIN!

https://www.bbc.com/news/live/world-europe-61353374

Russia's invasion of Ukraine has substantially affected prices of food, including vegetable oils, wheat and maize.

Before the war, Ukraine and Russia accounted for 28.9% of global wheat exports, according to JP Morgan, and 60% of global sunflower supplies - a key ingredient in many processed foods - S&P Global says.

Russia's blockade along the Black Sea coast has meant millions of tons of grain cannot leave Ukraine.

How will people be affected?

The World Bank has predicted a "huge" 37% jump in food prices as a result, with its president David Malpass telling the BBC record rises would push hundreds of millions people into poverty and lower nutrition.

This would hit the poor hardest, who will "eat less and have less money for anything else such as schooling".

This as well:

Breast is best but ...... I saw baby milk being locked up in showcases in groceries. If you want one, in T&T, it has to be opened with a key.

Psaki says the Biden administration is working with the FDA and manufacturers to make sure baby formula is on the shelves during a nationwide supply crisis that has seen mothers paying US$120 a can
PUBLISHED: 21:49 BST, 9 May 2022 |

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Monday the Biden administration is working with manufactuers to ensure baby formula makes it back on empty shelves as frantic parents work to ensure their children are fed.

The shortage was exacerbated by the FDA's shutdown of an Abbott Nutrition facility in Sturgis, Michigan. Abbott is a major producer of baby formula. Three brands were recalled because of potentia bacterial infections, including Salmonella.

Desperate mothers across the US have been forced to buy formula they know will make their babies sick as the country grapples with a shortage that has left shelves bare and has caused prices to skyrocket to $120-a-can.

Supply and demand! E-Bay was selling some for almost US$50.00 a tin.

A lady said, in the article, that she has to buy formula because she does not produce enough breast milk.

CHICKEN AND EGG PRICES HAVE INCREASED AGAIN.

Poultry Association of T&T president and Arawak marketing director Robin Phillips said there was an average price increase of five per cent in the last week of April. He said the adjustments were necessary since they have been running at a loss in their processing division since March.

“Since coming to the end of March when there was a big surge in the price of grain as a result of what is taking place in Ukraine, so we had to make some of the adjustments. A lot of the other inputs have gone up but grain was the main driving force,” he said.

the secret truth:

the global economy crossed an event horizon some time ago. The system is no longer stable: meaning while the system can rebound from insults and show the superficial qualities of resilience, the lingering shockwaves will create bigger and bigger effects in perpetuity until one final insult causes full collapse into chaos.

Gotta love globalization where countries started relying on others to feed them instead of being self sufficient

Everything that you three keep begging for in other threads is because of global trade. Had there been no Russian invasion of Ukraine, the world's economy would be bouncing back from COVID - right now.

So if things keep getting more expensive, trinis will have to work more hours to make up for it?

We could expect to see trinis working 40-50 hours per week instead?

40 without overtime. 8 hours a day times 5 days a week. Question is if it will get so bad that trinis will look for a weekend work to make more money.

Trini may actually need to increase prices for their services/products since many local services/products cheap.

Where can you get in any part of the World 4 pineapples for $20 ?

Where can you get in any part of the World 3 doubles and a classic coke for $20 ?

And a real gangster hair cut mark for $30 ? :D

That's not everyone eh.
Plenty people work some long days, many puttingin10 hours a day on a regular basis, including Saturdays. For example, laborers in warehouses, people running small shops and those who are in the food service industry.

BBC is saying that millions of TONS of grain are stuck in Ukraine as the Russians are preventing it from being shipped out.

Expect increasing pain for the next few months if not years.

Red or yellow or green or rainbow govt can do nothing about it!
