Buying from newegg (etc) in Trinidad

Friend is looking for a laptop.

Can anyone confirm if newegg takes TT credit cards now?
I heard some time back they didn't.

(other online suggestions welcome/appreciated)

Not sure about newegg.
Just buy direct from apple/dell/hp whoever. Brought in something from apple earlier this year, was pretty quick. Biggest delay was local customs.

Yes Newegg accepts T&T credit cards and ships to skyboxes.

Amazon might have it, but beware of third party modifications and concerns with warranty.

Update: bro got his laptop. sweet rig. higher than msrp, but that is the times we live in.

So confirmed, we can buy from newegg. Just make sure the usuals.. your card address and shipping address lines up, etc.

I’ve only ever use a local PayPal account and it shipped out fine to a skybox. Been using them a few years now

Holy crap! Tigerdirect yes, ain't hear that name in donkey years.

Back when I tried ordering from newegg years ago they never accepted TT CCs. It's great that they accept them now.

Waaaaayyyyyyy, Tigerdirect yes... The 'Newegg of the 90s'.

Actually bought a GTX 8800 GT from them back in the day.

Newegg only recently started accepting international CCs. They didn't when I joined way back in 2008. Could only purchase using a money-order, which you had to send to them via normal 'snail-mail'. Talk bout headache?

I just use my PayPal account currently, and that works fine.
