the places that sell barrels will have them but at ripoff prices.

If you don't want oil ones, usually hotels and guest houses have the chemical ones usually in the dumpster so watch Extreme Cheapskates and become a dumpster diver lol. They are generally just laying there but not sure how much are being used and finally thrown out these days.
