When I was looking to clear up issues before inspection, I went in Dec 2020 with 2 busted power steering boot rubbers, 1 side of which was dripping fluid, a VVT solenoid gasket leak, and dry tensioner pulley that was making more noise than Exodus pan yard, and paid a $500 assessment fee for them to tell me what exactly had to be changed, and all they could find wrong was a weak gearbox mount, which by the way was not even weak. Their assessment team didn't find any oil leak, and didn't find busted power steering boot rubbers, even though it's plain as day looking at you on the lift.
They also told me that they couldn't fix anything unless they got to see the certified copy.
I'm not saying anything bad about the place, but you put 2 and 2 together.
