Excellent! Who cannot hear will feel. As usual, the regular feeders off of the Carnival trough will go "but de cultyah!" and still try to eat ah food through virtual events

The fact that Barbados still having Cropover 2021 gave me hope. But Bajans have an amazing leader, we have utter incompetence.

Carnival is nine months away - just in time for your first annual Covid-19 booster shot.

There will likely be air travel to the USA with proof of vaccination and a rapid test prior to boarding.

Pfizer CEO says third Covid vaccine dose likely needed within 12 months

Published Thu, Apr 15 2021

Key Points

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said people will “likely” need a third dose of a Covid-19 vaccine within 12 months of getting fully vaccinated.

He also said it’s possible people will need to get vaccinated against the coronavirus annually.

IATA Travel Pass Initiative

To re-open borders without quarantine and restart aviation governments need to be confident that they are effectively mitigating the risk of importing COVID-19. This means having accurate information on passengers’ COVID-19 health status.

Informing passengers on what tests, vaccines and other measures they require prior to travel, details on where they can get tested and giving them the ability to share their tests and vaccination results in a verifiable, safe and privacy-protecting manner is the key to giving governments the confidence to open borders.

To address this challenge IATA has launched IATA Travel Pass.

Unless we dramatically ramp up both acquiring and administering vaccines we not going to reach herd immunity in time for no Carnival 2022.

And even if we do and we have Carnival the unvaccinated population could still create a significant superspreader event unless it's a scaled down Carnival with limited no of persons in each band and masks still mandatory with alcohol also banned.

Pfizer's shareholders winning biggest in all this. C19 vaccine accounted for 20% of Pfizer sales in the last quarter.
