Zoom,

And what did the citizens do for the country?

The citizens are to blame for the Govt placing all these restrictions.

Had they listened...

So when they die, should we care?

Didnt they destroy the economy just as Khan?

Or do we choose who we should sympathize over when it comes to death?
Citizens pay insane taxes to which they get little to no service.

That is what the Citizens do in this banana Republic ruled by the red government that cons this population daily.

The red government agents in the courts covered it up. They made sure he got away with blatant stealing.

Don't forget the fraud he did on cleaver heights.

The Citizens themselves don’t even give their own country proper service bro....you expect the Govt to care about them?

Everybody has to die...we respect the movement to go to the transition phase. But we are judging what was currently on earth...so we cannot forget. Lessons have to be learnt.

@Dragon
So he was honest when he was anti PNM-alongside your Ag and his partner in crime...but lying as soon as he went in favor of MJ.
Of course.

Lawyers give the opinion they are paid to argue.

Well your Red Panty has never been hidden so we know you'll swallow and defend any thing LFD RFD PNM. You also miss the point entirely, which is that Malcolm Jones mismanaged BILLIONS of dollars and was let off the hook by a corrupt lawyer and that the AG nearly broke his neck hurrying to rely on the corruption.
What you dotishly fail to realize also, is that the FACTS (stubborn things no?)are there where the timeline of Malcolm Jones mismanagement and possible corruption are laid out. GTL wasn't a mirage dummy, it happened

Panday is a crook because he was caught hiding his crooked money. His case was dismissed because of a procedural fault, not that information came forward to absolve him. He is also a crook because he was charged with receiving bribes, a charged that his coconspirators already received justice for. But when it comes to Panday who has mounds of evidence of his thievery, you proclaiming him innocent.

But when it a PNM who the UNC AG's opinion is that he did not perform his fiduciary duty, you lie and magnify the claim beyond what the UNC AG claimed. Thus you proclaim him guilty.

And if QC Nelson is corrupt, then that means that the UNC AG corrupted him, thus invalidating his opinion to sue MJ because he just wanted to corrupt himself with legal fee kickbacks.

This is hypocrisy and lying and you know it. And because you do, and ppl are pointing out the obvious. You beating up.

Be consistent and be factual. Is that too hard to ask?

Tuntsy Tuntsy Tuntsy.
Lemme try to use small words so even your pea brain could grasp it
1) Panday was freed by the court, thus his name is clear and he is not a thief in the eyes of the law. Your bias and wishful fantasizing aside, he is not guilty
2) In a CIVIL case, you cannot try to prove theft, only breach of fiduciary duty.
3) JUHN Scarfy got off on the EXACT same "procedural fault" that you're trying to taint Panday's innocence with in the Landate matter. Is he a crook?
Pitiful that in baselessly crying hypocrite, you've shown yourself(again) to be the worse hypocrite on 2NR.
If you're so sure about your position, why don't you accuse Panday publicly to his face? My guess is you don't have two once cent pieces to knock together, far less pay damages in a slander/libel case.

Well dumbass- maybe it didnt go down the way Anand and Gerry say it went down supported by Nelsons paid for opinion.
but continue to blather.

Prosecuting an individual for negligence ...for what is a protracted failure of the whole State Co management structure and with Cabinet oversight is a tough call.
Thats the rub.

ETA- The simple facts are that Anand and Ramdeen,Nelson et al were in the middle of their pay for play legal system-Ramlogan Debideen Ramdeen and Nelson ran the case under the UNC.....but did little or nothing to fight the case-but some 45M change hands. If the case was so clear cut as you blather then why would they failed so miserably to defend the peoples interest?

ETA x2.....Nelsons last opinion was largely based on the witness statements of Baptiste and Chan Tack....UNC activist and Anand Ramlogan went to the PC under the FOIA to obtain these documents..they won and received them in 2019..if it is that the case against MJ was so strong/clear cut...why the silence on this matter since then?

1/ The court never gave a verdict of not guilt, it dismissed the conviction opening up for a retrial' However Panday has ANOTHER charge of bribery which is still before the courts. His name is not clear, unlike MJ who you accused of stealing money when no one else has.
2/ Theft is a criminal matter, there was no criminal allegation of theft. You lied and created one.
3/I never said Rowley is innocent, it is you who said Panday is innocent. There is no way near the level of proof of Panday's guilt compared to Rowley's Landate issue. That is the basis of me calling Panday a crook AND the other bribery charge that he faces. When KCR faces that level of accusation, then I will call him a crook

I don't need to accuse Panday to his face, Panday stand accused before the courts of T&T and sought to get his case dismissed through Section 34. There is no libel or slander to say that about him. MJ did not have anything close to this yet you accuse him of stealing money but vex because ppl point out your lie and hypocrisy.

keep blathering-

Things like it hard in LFD RFD PNMland, we get two Tunts for the price of one
There are FACTS to support a fiduciary breach claim against Malcolm Jones, there are NONE to support a dismissal of the case.
He quoted several excerpts from both witness statements, which he claimed proved Petrotrin’s initial claim that Jones was complicit in the controversial deal.

“Mr Loring (World GTL) made a big show of reaching into his jacket pocket and pulling out a check for US$5 million, which he showed to me, and said that WGTL had the money to repay Petrotrin...I know that Mr Loring was meeting with Mr Jones later in the day and I told Mr Loring to give the check to Mr Jones. When I later asked Mr Jones about this he told me that Mr Loring showed him the check, but never actually gave it to him,” Baptiste said in her statement.

Balgobin-Maharaj also claimed that Chan Tack’s assessment of the project also buttressed Petrotrin’s need to pursue the claim against Jones for failing to do proper due diligence before sealing the deal.

“Petrotrin-not WGTL-was the party that had invested hundreds of millions of dollars in the project, and would have the party stuck footing the bill while the “fine tuning” was worked out, But if, in the end, it didn’t work out, the Guarantee Contribution Agreement allowed WGTL to simply walk away from the project without contributing a single dollar to fund cost overruns,” Chan Tack said in his statement.

“By October 2008 my concerns about the project’s viability and safety had become so serious that I decided to resign from the WGTL Trinidad Board,” Chan Tack added.

Balgobin-Maharaj also called upon Attorney General Faris Al-Rawi to address the issue of political interference, in light of the statements.

“Any failure to provide such a cause however, would only further validate the opinion that this was a politically motivated decision for a friend and confederate of this PNM administration,” Balgobin-Maharaj said.
Corrupt gun for hire Nelson used this as his basis for recommending dropping the case  and Tight Shirt Arse Wari in a bid to appease Black Massa JUHN Scarfy to get his longtime buddy off the hook jumped like the jackarse he is. Then to further the thieving and corruption, Jones was actually appointed to the Standing Committee on Energy which JUHN Scarfy chaired :? and was actually paid 3.1M dollars because these inept corrupt fools dropped the case.

You mean he win, get the docs but he just put his spin on it-they eh publish it??

Forget the antics- deal with what they have done.

if it was that clear they would have wine back.

Again NEGLIGENCE is the bar-different from acknowledging they did crap.

You had the UNCs finest legal team-Ramlogan,Ramdeen,Debedeen and Nelson-45M worth of fees pass and apparently pass back they eh really make progress until after elections men start to bail
2019 -now the UNC have the pivotal witness statements.... besides cherry picking some juicy parts....they boil down.
What is the picture painted by the WHOLE of the witness statement??

The facts are that the same Nelson QC plead guilty to corruption with Ramlogan and Ramdeen.
You feel it beyond probability that the NEGLIGENCE case was stretched...at the state expense to the benefit of the pay for play UNC legal dream team, led by the sitting AG???
