Post Card From the US

Postby widdyphuck » December 8th, 2020, 10:50 am

Someone sent me an invitation in a postcard from New York in October but I'm yet to receive this in the mail from TTPOST almost 2 months later.
Any idea how long this process should take? Or whether the post card may be lost?

I feel you better just email the seedbank and tell them you didn't receive your order yet after 2 months.

Some of them replace it for free.

Yeah my parents went to the post office to inquire about mailing a document to NY and the post lady said she would not recommend they use their service for important time sensitive mail because they can’t guarantee delivery and same thing for mail coming from the states. Reason for this is they are only shipping when the TTPOST shipping container is full they are consolidating everything.

The sorting center for your district is good place to start.

Sorry to hear your situation, I thought it was only by me that is happening. Mails to me are always months late, post person always dropping someone's else mail at my address, mail delivery person passes like once a month.

I regularly send and receive registered mail between Trinidad and the USA. In October 2020, the time to deliver was 28 days.

Have you ever lost any mail to the USA or from there?

No, I haven't. But I only send registered mail - it is an additional cost.
