Movies Made In Trinidad and Tobago

Gold of the Amazon Women (1979)

This one is always left off the list of movies made in T&T.

Arima Vibes

The movie titled "Gold of the Amazon Women" was filmed in the late 1970s. This clip features scenes filmed in the Borough of Arima. You will see among other things, the Arima Dial and the Arima Police Station.
Also, peep the Inspector! (And some real "tusty" men in the crowd!)

Swiss Family Robinson - 1959 (Disney).

Really good stuff here.

Fire Down Below (1957) and Heaven Knows Mr. Alison (1957) were supposedly the first full length movies made in T&T.
