Another PNM blunder. How could a government that was in power for one term achieve more than one administration which was granted 2 consecutive terms?

Sounds like they putting measures in place to increase electricity rates and fuel prices.

I think somewhere in the literature they need to put alternatives in place and need to adopt infrastructure to a certain percentage or sometjing so before going full throttle.

You guys know those plugs they sell to stretch your rear entrance? Start investing in those....we getting it raw, dry and hard.
