Man calling it clickbait, this is simple as is comes.

The value of the country’s Heritage and Stabilisation Fund (HSF) has fallen by close to US$268 million or TT $1.821 billion at the end of financial year 2021 when compared to its value at the end of 2020.

This was revealed by the annual report into the fund’s performance which showed that even though it recorded its best performance in its history, massive drawdowns by the Keith Rowley administration has meant a net fall in its overall value.

The HSF is T&T’s rainy day fund.

Major takeaway from Rowley speech, banks getting blank from foreign transactions cause they may be suspicious, and no matter how they try to improve, the measures are always changing, and the banks might pull out of the region.

He should have focused his efforts to make prince William and princess Kate come to Trini. He only know how to duck and run.

I am OK, very ok with only having "local" banks. Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyuu to many big organizations profits leave T&T.

In every society there are people or sects of people earning most of the profits or moneys (1%) but its better the profits stay in the country than be leached out.

That's why we can't get US, and why the local banks continue to do as they please, all while declaring multimillion dollar profits year after year, no matter what the economic conditions. It explains why you have to hold a hot piss/sheit while waiting for hours in the hot sun. It explains why a manager's check costs $30. It explains why it costs the CUSTOMER more to keep their money in the bank than the interest it accrues.

as the banks get blacklisted, transactions will be blanked, so people would be unable to do foreign transactions.

but, locals have to jump tru hoops and turn tricks to get bank accounts. so if the transactions suspicious, it would have to be the big boys playing up.

peter paying for paul.

we will hear what alternative rowley dem will provide. he might adopt the DSS model.

Their contracts came to an end and has not been renewed. I think they have realized that the ground support is needed at this time and scrambling to get them back on here.

Saw a Hilux with two fairly large PNM flags on long flagpoles and filled with red t-shirt clad persons yesterday in the Trincity area.
