At this rate, I don't know when I will get vaccinated.

Do your research on those J&J vaccines, eh. Not good news at all and we are getting expired or very close to expired doses.

They don't have a response. They can use whatever news article that doctor so and so say this and that but I looking at facts. And according to the facts Seychelles highly vaccinated populace back to getting cases. Some other countries too mind you.

They are not back on, they have very very limited restrictions right now. Basically everything but night clubs are open.

They delayed their full removal of all restrictions by a month due to the presence of the Indian variant.

But expect full freedom in the UK next month.

the journalist ask the PM about July 4th expiration for restrictions...PM like he didn't even know what the journalist was talking about and start off on curfew and thing. Stuart Young had to come up to answer since the PM didn't know one tail about July 4th.

so it looks like I might get some time to watch more streaming movies.

Key Points From the Press Conference hosted by Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley – Saturday 19th June 2021

- Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley announced that next weekend will hopefully be the last weekend for the 7PM to 5AM curfew, after which the weekend curfew time will be adjusted to 9PM to 5AM. The Prime Minister went on to say that the Construction Sector and its associated businesses will be brought back out next and the plan to reopen borders by the second week of July is still on track with conditions linked to vaccination.

- Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, Stuart Young, stated that the Public Health Regulations outside of the State of Emergency will most likely be extended past July 4th.

- Prime Minister Rowley indicated that in the next 2 weeks all of the vaccines available for a first dose will be used up. However the Prime Minister stated that the shipment of 33,600 doses from the COVAX facility is expected in July with another Sinopharm shipment from China also expected around the same time. Dr. Rowley also shared that the shipment of Johnson & Johnson vaccines from the African Medical Supply is expected in August.

- The Prime Minister expressed his hope that if all goes well, children will be able to return to school for in-person learning in September.

- Principal Medical Officer of Institutions, Dr. Maryam Abdool-Richards provided an update on occupancy in the parallel healthcare system. Dr. Richards indicated that the parallel health care system is less burdened this week than it was last week, the overall occupancy has been slowly declining and is now at 60%.

- Minister of Health, Terrence Deyalsingh, provided an update on the status of the vaccination drive. The Minister stated that in total, 176,849 persons have received their first dose and 39,142 persons in total have received both doses. Minister Deyalsingh also indicated that the Ministry’s goal was to fully vaccinate 188,900 people by July 31st 2021.

He said that we still waiting word on the vaccine donation from the US, and even when they decide to donate, we're not sure if we will qualify for a donation based on the measuring stick they use.

Sounds completely different from what he said after the phone call with Kamala Harris ...... when he was taking all the praise for all the good diplomatic work that led to obtaining vaccines for the country.

if only these ppl had something like ivermectin or monoclonal antibodies which by the way is authorized in the US- i actually saw an ad for it on cable. but we waiting on WHO. I cud understand ivermectin but the other one has FDA EUA. So FDA not good for us? not treating ppl with available effective treatment and letting them die in these numbers is like medical manslaughter.

i wish these reporters would ask about these things. The US was able to lower their mortality rate BEFORE vaccines by using treatments.

85% of lives can be saved NOW. The 8000+ active cases can't wait on WHO, or vaccines as they already infected.

https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/coronavirus-covid-19-update-fda-authorizes-additional-monoclonal-antibody-treatment-covid-19

The data supporting this EUA for sotrovimab are based on an interim analysis from a phase 1/2/3 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial in 583 non-hospitalized adults with mild-to-moderate COVID-19 symptoms and a positive SARS-CoV-2 test result. Of these patients, 291 received sotrovimab and 292 received a placebo within five days of onset of COVID-19 symptoms. The primary endpoint was progression of COVID-19 (defined as hospitalization for greater than 24 hours for acute management of any illness or death from any cause) through day 29. Hospitalization or death occurred in 21 (7%) patients who received placebo compared to 3 (1%) patients treated with sotrovimab, an 85% reduction.

Tell that to JUHN Scarfy and Tearsy. They even reach the stage to criticize, no matter how subtly, Guyana for their non WHO vaccine use.

Straight from the FDA. And they don't agree with you.

------

Here’s What You Need to Know about Ivermectin

FDA has not approved ivermectin for use in treating or preventing COVID-19 in humans. Ivermectin tablets are approved at very specific doses for some parasitic worms, and there are topical (on the skin) formulations for head lice and skin conditions like rosacea. Ivermectin is not an anti-viral (a drug for treating viruses).

Taking large doses of this drug is dangerous and can cause serious harm.

If you have a prescription for ivermectin for an FDA-approved use, get it from a legitimate source and take it exactly as prescribed.

Never use medications intended for animals on yourself. Ivermectin preparations for animals are very different from those approved for humans.

26 May 2021 — Vir Biotechnology joined with GlaxoSmithKline to develop a monoclonal antibody ... The drug, called sotrovimab, is the third antibody medicine authorized to treat ... scale, because of new virus variants and uneven vaccination rates. ... and Lilly's antibody drugs, ranging from $1,250 a dose to $2,100 a dose.

that why i said what i said in bold. i focused on the FDA approved one. Although the WHO needs to look at the many studies on ivermectin and consider approving it. but in the meantime we already have an FDA approved treatment that could have saved 17 of those 20 lives.

deaths not improving at all

if only these ppl had something like ivermectin or monoclonal antibodies which by the way is authorized in the US- i actually saw an ad for it on cable. but we waiting on WHO. I cud understand ivermectin but the other one has FDA EUA. So FDA not good for us? not treating ppl with available effective treatment and letting them die in these numbers is like medical manslaughter.

Ivermectin preparations for animals are very different from those approved for humans.

that why i said what i said in bold. i focused on the FDA approved one. Although the WHO needs to look at the many studies on ivermectin and consider approving it. but in the meantime we already have an FDA approved treatment that could have saved 17 of those 20 lives.

Where you get that from? All people are asking for is some OTHER recognized body like the FDA at least be used as their testing standards are not so dissimilar as to have a problem. No one is asking them to use Trevor Sayers Baygon in yuh nose!
