Importing hybrid vehicle through a broker

Postby shandyman » June 25th, 2019, 8:27 am

Started a new thread, as the previous importing a hybrid vehicle thread, turned into recommended hybrid mechanics and the like. I'm aware of the procedure to import a vehicle as an individual. From users personal experience, which are the preferred Japanese companies I should deal with (Sbt, Tradecarview, Goo, etc)? I don't require a bank loan, but USD$ is an issue. How do I go about getting the required USD$ to make the purchase. I saw that SBT offers PayPal as a payment option now. Is it possible to preload my credit card with the TT$ equivalent, before making a purchase via PayPal? Guidance would be appreciated.

I think most people use their credit card and load put as much as possible onto their Paypal. Banks have a limit of USD they can spend per month via credit card so it'll take you a few months of saving.
