MAC Address filtering question

need some info please.
on my digicel router i have enabled mac address filtering . if i were to connect another router to act as a repeater via ethernet cable will the blacklisted device be able to access the wifi via the repeater ? seeing that the repeater device does not have the mac filter on

Short answer..Yes!

You'd have to enable the mac address filtering on the repeater router as well. Because you will be using that router as an access point.

What about if you try changing the ssid then hiding it.
