A female driver caught in a drag race along the Solomon Hochoy Highway was killed on Saturday night.

Kizzy Bango, 36, was driving south along the highway, near Claxton Bay, when her black Nissan X-Trail SUV was struck from behind at around 9.30 p.m. An eyewitness said two vehicles were racing along the highway when one car slammed into the back of Bango’s vehicle.

However Supposedly , when the son of Karamath was doing over 280kmph and crashed into the rear of a pickup truck , killed both occupants on the spot, nothing ever came of this - how come he wasn't DRAG racing?

More reason to do away with wallerfield. Time to move the concrete barrier from the mon desir highway yes. If we cant have a legal venue something have to happen.

Printed newspaper said she was ejected from the vehicle.

So was she wearing her seat-belt or not?

Could you still be thrown out of the vehicle wearing a normal seat-belt as opposed to those racing harnesses which keep you strapped in the seat?

I don't think it's possible with a racing harness. I'm guessing it may be possible with a regular seatbelt if the car flipped and rolled a few times but highly unlikely I'm guessing.

Ejected while wearing a regular Volvo 3-point seat belt is practically impossible unless it was a child who was not fitted properly, or the person was cut in half during impact. Who the hell does drive on the highway without their seat belt on though? Nobody can be that stupid...
