Anyone else noticed that even though PDU came out just recently that there are some vehicles already registered PDU 96XX and PDU 73XX. I know they were talking about automatic assignments of numbers so unsure if this is in effect. Appreciate it if anyone can clarify, thanks.

But yes, to confirm, they've moved to a random registration system, which to me, makes 'bobol' and favours a little easier to conduct. Can anyone suggest as to why this move was made?
