so if a company has a couple million to invest it can be done. it will take several purchases but could be done relatively quickly. would take approximately 40 transactions to purchase 2 million in bonds. less if multiple purchases made on the same day from different brokers, but idk if there is anything in place to prevent this from happening.
If the Offer of any of the Series of Bonds is oversubscribed, consistent with the policy of promoting the widest possible participation in the ownership of the Bonds, priority to receive the allocation applied for shall be given to applications by individuals.
