Can you survive in trinidad wearing a thick fur coat? Just think about that.
Even if you in shade and you have a fan on you. How will you feel?, try it and see.

You are very correct, I don't know why people chose to suffer them like that......its sad.

Vets are against this..they dont adapt well

I own a Samoyed which ideally is adapted to the same climate as the Husky and in order to keep the animal happy proper low cut grooming and regular soaking and brushing is essential.
These particular dogs even if quite attractive are really not suited for the tropics and in my case ownership wasn't planned but I have a responsibility since the animal ended up in my care.
In the most part its a labor of love and the dog openly demonstrates appreciation.

Huskies need tons of exercise .If not, they may get up to mischief.
