Yeah, I've always just ordered mine. Like pugboy said, sandpaper, glue to a block of wood and you're set. Does the same job. In fact I finish all of my knives on damp newspaper.

They're called whetstones btw
You looking for a flat stone or a wheel? Sharpening a knife or long blade? Type of steel? What sort of edge you looking for?

I searched high and low and no one has those grits, you would get aluminum oxide 'stones' but those are like 200 and 400 grit for shapnin de cutlash. There is a hardware in marabella called ali's I believe, they have some 10k grit sand paper, best thing you may get.

word of advice
If you have the motor already order a coarse wheel for grinding & shaping, & flat stones for sharpening & polishing.
400 grit coarse wheel for shaping & removing any teeth accidentally made on the edge from use, & a 1200 grit for sharpening & 2400 for polishing & sharpening. Remember to use as much water as needed when using them.
