Amigo, buy some new tyres nah. If the money low, park up the car, travel and save up until you can afford them, it simple as that.Plus there are many affordable tyres that are at least new.

While i personally purchase new performance tyres now. A good brand name foreign used is way better than all of those cheap crap tyres that most people selling these days, like hifly, comfoser, nexen to name a few...

Although i agree with you that it might be best to change your tyres to new ones there are good used tyres . In lots of countries it is mandatory to change your tyre to winter tyres by a certain date. plenty people dont have the storage capability to store these tires so they just have to get rid of them . these tires sometime have 6 months use on them.
