The VTM card is is US currency. If you have US$ in your PayPal account and withdraw it to your VTM card, it will withdraw as US$, there is no conversion. If you wish to take out the US$ from your VTM card at an ATM or point of sale in Trinidad, Republic Bank will give you the current buying rate for US$, whatever it is on that day.

If Your PayPal account has TT$ on it and you withdraw to your VTM card, Republic Bank will convert it at the current selling rate, whatever it is on that day.

Yes

But you wont be able to get the pysical US currency.
My padna working republic said they limiting VTM cash withdrawals now
So even if u have US on the card....you can only use it electronically.
