Is there anyone else who is having a hard time with them for vehicle accident claim. Btw we are Right in accident.
Apparently the valuation person need the police report to complete the report
Plus a lot of running around.

Maritime is good . What problem you having , they must get the report to see who's wrong ,what are they saying? Beacon is better though.

Please note I was contacted by a claim manager , after post was made so I am hoping for the best.
Will update accordingly

You believe you are right, but the police for whatever reason, might have a different opinion, and may already have submitted a report saying so. I suggest you go to the station you reported the accident and ask for a copy of the report.
