Purchased one of the echosmart from Ramlagans a week ago, failed to power/turn on. spoke to the Manager of island roofing as they are the dealer ( seems hopefully) , dropped it off and awaiting a feedback, sadly they have to "check" it first before a decision can be made, that check takes approximately a week. i will let you all know how that goes, just to note a 5 year warranty was given.
